These terms cover your use of beachgirlpropertyrentals.com. They are separate from the cancellation policy, the house rules, and the rental agreement that confirmed guests sign before their stay. By using this website, you accept these terms.

About this site

The site is operated by Affordable Property Management LLC ("we," "us"), a Maine limited liability company doing business as Beach Girl Property Rentals. The site serves as a way for guests to view our properties, check approximate availability, and send a booking inquiry. The site does not, by itself, confirm a booking — bookings are confirmed by us in writing after a signed rental agreement and the agreed-upon payment have been received.

Listing accuracy

We do our best to keep property descriptions, photos, amenities, and availability accurate and up to date. Despite that, errors happen. If you spot something that looks wrong on the site, please tell us. We confirm all property details, fees, and dates in writing during the inquiry process before any payment is taken; that written confirmation supersedes anything on the website if there is ever a difference.

Photographs and content

Photos, descriptions, and other content on this site are owned by us or used with permission. Please don't reproduce them without asking. If you've stayed with us and would like to share your own photos for our review or guest gallery, we'd love that — email beachgirloob@gmail.com.

What you agree to do (and not do)

You agree to use the site for its intended purpose: looking at properties and contacting us about a stay. Please don't try to break the site, scrape it for data, send fake inquiries, or use the contact form to send commercial solicitations. Inquiries that look automated or commercial may be deleted without a reply.

External links

The site links to a few external services (a map provider, font provider, and form handling service). Those services have their own privacy and terms policies, which apply when you interact with them. We've kept them to the minimum needed for the site to work.

Disclaimer
